o 표준지질정보를 기반으로 한국지질도, 구조도 층서도, 해저지질도 등 다양한 지질주제도를 제작
o 국가 현안인 지질재해 위험요소 평가기술을 개발
연구내용 o 암석/지질기호 표준화 지침을 마련하고 디지털 매핑 시스템을 개발
o 최신 지질정보를 반영한 1:100만 한국지질도, 1:10만 지구조 층서도 제작
o 1:10만 정밀 해저지질도 제작
o 표준지질정보/디지털 매핑 기반 통합 지질정보 생산 관리 제공 시스템을 개발하고, 표준지질정보 생산과 관리·제공 시스템 구축
기대성과 o 표준 지질정보 지침 마련으로 일관되고 통일된 지질정보 생산과 재가공이 가능하여 기 조사된 지질정보/지질주제도와 향후 생상예정인 지질정보/지질주제도의 일관된 신뢰성 제고
