기후변화 및 재난재해 대응을 위한 도시지역 산사태 및 지질기원 오염물질의 지질환경재해 리스크 통합관리기술 개발 - 도시지역 강우정보 연동 실시간(1시간 간격) 산사태 조기경보시스템 구축 - 지질기원 잠재적 유해원소(G-PHEs) 위험관리시스템 개발 및 구축

연구내용

가. 도시지역 강우정보 연동 실시간(1시간 간격) 산사태 조기경보시스템 구축 - 실시간(1시간 간격) 강우정보 예측 및 연동기술 개발 - 강우정보 연동(1시간 간격) 실시간 산사태 조기경보기술 개발(2 km × 2 km) - 강우정보 연동 실시간 산사태 조기경보기술 현장 실증 - 도시지역 산사태 조기경보시스템 시범 구축 - 도시지역 산사태 조기경보시스템 확장기술 개발 나. 지질기원 잠재적 유해원소 위험관리시스템 개발 및 구축 - 지질기원 잠재적 유해원소 현장조사 및 고농도지역 도출 - 고농도지역 지화학 시료채취/분석 및 모니터링 기법 개발 - 지질기원 잠재적 유해원소 생지화학적 복원기술 개발 및 시범적용 - 지질기원 잠재적 유해원소 분포지도 작성 - 지질기원 잠재적 유해원소 위험관리 기술 개발

기대성과

- 강우정보 연동 실시간 산사태 조기경보시스템의 경우 산림청, 지자체, 국립공원공단 등과의 협력을 통화여 대도시를 포함한 전국 주요지역에 확대 구축하고, 이를 기반으로 전국 산사태 조기경보시스템을 구축 및 운영함. - 실시간 산사태 정보를 국민에게 신속/정확하게 전달함으로서 국민생활안전에 기여하고 효율적 피해저감을 위한 정부차원의 방재대책수립에 활용함. - 지질기원 잠재적 유해원소의 분포와 모니터링, 복원기법 개발로 깨끗하고 안전한 환경 제공과 기후변화 리스크에 대응할 수 있는 전략 수립 - 전주기적 유해원소 위험관리를 통한 지질환경 및 토양, 대기, 수질 등 환경매체의 사회경제적 가치 보존에 기여
